To the two people who helped me out on Tuesday, May 1, 2012:
I’m sorry that I don’t know your names; but I would like to say thank you very much. I called your office to order oil, when the lady asked if a regular delivery day would be all right, I sort of embarrassingly told her sooner would be better since we ran out of oil that morning. She told me she would page the driver and let him know. I think it was within the hour when the driver pulled in and filled our tank! He told me he wouldn’t leave a customer without oil if he could do something about it.
So on behalf of our now-warm-again family; thank you to two of your employees who care about their jobs and the people they serve. It goes a long way, and I do tell my friends and family when businesses do these sorts of things.
