Some letters from happy customers:

  • Hello Christine.
You have helped me in the past when I had questions on my account.  This time is a bit different and more wonderful. I want your company to know the treasure you have in your driver Steve who came to my home yesterday. I was out shoveling and had just completed the path to the propane tanks. He got out of the truck and I laughed and said I was just completing the path to the tanks. I hadn’t yet started the 3 feet of snow from the plow at the end of the driveway. There was no way for Steve to pull part way up the driveway. Steve checked my tank levels which he said were at 30% so he was less worried than if they had been at only 20%. He asked if I had someone that plowed for me. I don’t. He explained to me that he didn’t think the hose would reach from the road. And then he went above and beyond. He dragged the full length of that hose over the 3 feet of snow at the mouth of the driveway and through over a foot of snow the length of the driveway, to the path I shoveled around the side of the garage to the back and the tanks JUST TO SEE IF IT WOULD REACH. There were no guarantees! He said it took every inch of it! Thanks to his willingness to try, even though it meant great effort on his part, Steve not only delivered propane, he delivered the gift of peace of mind to me!! He could have said no access while driving by. He could have told me the hose won’t reach from the road. He did neither of those things. Instead, he tried and because he tried, he created a successful outcome! He provided me with peace of mind and warmth for the future!
Thank you for your time Christine,
    Kim M
    A very happy customer!
  • To warmly thank you so very much for another year of good service.

  • To the two people who helped me out on Tuesday, May 1, 2012:
I’m sorry that I don’t know your names; but I would like to say thank you very much. I called your office to order oil, when the lady asked if a regular delivery day would be all right, I sort of embarrassingly told her sooner would be better since we ran out of oil that morning. She told me she would page the driver and let him know. I think it was within the hour when the driver pulled in and filled our tank! He told me he wouldn’t leave a customer without oil if he could do something about it.
So on behalf of our now-warm-again family; thank you to two of your employees who care about their jobs and the people they serve. It goes a long way, and I do tell my friends and family when businesses do these sorts of things.
    Sincerely, Cathy M
(The employees were Tina and Jay.)
