MX Fuels and Propane is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist to work out of our Massena, NY Division.
Job Description
Responsibilities may include:
General data entry; posting customer payments into accounting software; management and posting of customer HEAP vouchers; answering phones; processing customer orders, payments and answering service related questions; various other duties
This position requires someone who is:
Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft and Excel and has a basic accounting knowledge. Applicant must be proficient in typing on both a computer keyboard and calculator. Experience with using accounting software is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour
