MX Fuels and Propane is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position will be based out of our Massena, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, either in-person or over the phone.
- Assist customer with concerns or issues regarding company policies and products we provide.
- Data entry
- Basic accounting related duties.
- Post payments to customer accounts.
- Assist our fuel drivers in contacting customers.
- Work in a team environment.
- Various other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Highly organized.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Efficient.
- Detail-oriented.
- Friendly.
- Proficient with typing on both computer and keyboard and calculator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel products.
