Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, either in-person or over the phone.
• Assist customer with concerns or issues regarding company policies and products we provide.
• Data entry
• Basic accounting related duties.
• Post payments to customer accounts.
• Assist our fuel drivers in contacting customers.
• Work in a team environment.
• Various other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Highly organized.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Efficient.
• Detail-oriented.
• Friendly.
• Proficient with typing on both computer and keyboard and calculator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel products.

MX Fuels and Propane is looking for a Full-Time Fuel and Propane Delivery Driver for our Saranac Lake Division. This position will operate out of our Saranac Lake, NY location. Our Fuels and Propane Delivery Drivers are responsible for safe, timely, and efficient loading and delivery of Fuel, Propane, and related products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe loading of fuels and propane onto the delivery truck.
• Ensure the accurate and safe loading of products.
• Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of fuels and propane to customers.
• Ensure accurate recording of product delivery, delivery reports, and fuel/propane tickets.
• Assist in the delivery and setup of customer skid tanks, and LP tanks when required.
• Obey all legal and company regulations affecting the operation of motor vehicles.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the truck, cab, and work location.
• Other duties as required.
• Ability to work autonomously, including on weekends.
• Ability and willingness to work in all-weather situations.
• The position requires frequent climbing in and out of the cab along with bending, and lifting heavy loads.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Must possess a clean ‘abstract’.
• CETP Certifications, or willing to obtain.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Local geographical knowledge is required.
• Mechanical knowledge is desirable.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Fuel haulage and/or delivery experience is highly desirable.
• Commercial driving preferred.
• CDL B with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement is preferred

This position will cover our Plattsburgh north area. Our Fuel and Propane Delivery Drivers are responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient loading and delivery of fuel, propane, and related products.
